HORIZON is a high-energy, genre-bending Indie Funk-Rock-Jazz band delivering a fresh and unforgettable sound. Fronted by French-American singer-songwriter Yves LF Giraud, with the soulful stylings of flutist/saxophonist Linda Gimble Baker, the ground shaking pulse lines of bassist Ben Kraftwerx, and the rhythmic fire of drummer Isaac James Kimbro, HORIZON weaves together infectious grooves, rich melodies, and cinematic storytelling.

The band's original music takes listeners on a ride through lost loves, deep space, time warps, and the raw beauty of the human experience — all wrapped in a sound that's both timeless and totally their own.

Yves LF Giraud

He's a weird guy from France. An American citizen since 1997, Yves has played in more bands than he cares to remember. He writes the songs, music and lyrics, that give HORIZON the unique style the band is known for.

Ben Kraftwerx

In all honesty, we don't know much about Ben Kraftwerx. We found him wandering around the studio one morning. His bass playing is the perfect addition to our sound, and we couldn't be more pleased to have him onboard with us!
